How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed, packed and ready for shipping within 1-2 business days of ordering from our Singapore office, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note to allow an additional 5-7 business days for order processing during sale periods. If you need to receive your order asap, please opt for an expedited shipping option at checkout. (Additional shipping costs are non-refundable)

We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or public holidays, and we do not offer weekend delivery as well. Aphy Active is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be longer than usual. 


Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.


Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We ship all international orders with delivery duties unpaid (DDU). As such, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Please note if taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies as well as tax and handling fees differ for every country. For any questions regarding the fore-mentioned charges, please contact your local delivery service.

Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

  • The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from 
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

We recommend splitting up large orders into multiple smaller orders below the threshold to avoid taxes and duties.



Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes and/or cancellations. We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.


I wrote the wrong address, can I change it?

To request a change in address, please contact us at hello@aphyactive.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number, address and contact in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you amend the address before it ships, however do note that our orders processes fast, and once your order ships we are unable to change your shipping address at that time. 


What is the status of my order? 

Once you have received your shipping confirmation e-mail you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Any information about back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.


What if I receive a wrong/damaged item?

We are so sorry! Please contact us right away at hello@aphyactive.com with your order number + image attachments and we will get it taken care of for you! 


What if my package is lost?

If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at hello@aphyactive.com. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible.
