We're sorry to hear you didn't love your APHY apparels and here's our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note that our policy applies to, and only for regular-priced items purchased from our website. Any APHY merchandise purchased through third parties is not covered under our Return & Exchange Policy.
To organize a return, just reach out to email@example.com with your order we’ll help you place your return! Your original order details or return request details must be indicated for identification.
We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and color changes in exchange for store credit. It must be processed and reach us within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that all store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Merchandise must be returned within specified days after receipt: 7 days
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed, unworn, unsoiled, no odors/scents – including perfumes
- Merchandise must have all original tags and original clear packaging intact
- Sales items, discounted items (includes items purchased during sales, with discount codes above 10% or more or store credits), intimates, accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items are not eligible for return.
- Orders placed with discount codes and Store Credits issued from promotions or credited from previous items returned are not eligible for return.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges, duties, and/or taxes are non-refundable.
All returns will be handled via mail. Please be advised to mail your return package via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We are not liable for any lost return packages and will not be able to process your return if it does not reach us. All return packages will be in your responsibility.
Returns that do not fulfill all conditions will be duly declined and a redelivery fee will be required.
All returns are final.
Store Credits will be issued once your return is approved and processed via email with an electronic code. This credit voucher will be issued to the same email address that was used to process the original order.
Store Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They may be used (partially or in full) at any time, for any item such as another size, color or style, or even another product, subject to availability.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returns.
Exchanges are valid for change of mind, size, and/or colors only and must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If a replacement piece is available, a one-on-one exchange will be arranged via courier for orders in Singapore.
If the piece is no longer in stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
For incorrect/defective items, you'll be sent an email with the return details. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags and original packaging intact.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A DEFECT?
All our products go through an internal QC before they are sent out to ensure this doesn't happen! However, in the situation it does (we apologize for it!), here are several points to note –
An item is considered defective when the manufacturing defects are evident such as large stains, holes, missing buttons, faulty zippers, and sewing errors.
Treatment of your product with the use of bleach, unsuitable detergents, extremely high heat may result in unintended damage to your items.
Please refer to our product care details on the inner label of your apparel for easier reference!
APHY will not be able to offer a replacement or refund once your items have been washed or worn.
Examples of, but not limited to, other minor imperfections that are not deemed as defects are:
- Measurements provided on our website are basic measurements that are taken as accurately as possible. Minor variation in sizing is unavoidable due to the cutting and sewing processes. For this reason, our measurement variance within 0.25”~0.50” and is not deemed as a defect.
- Our images have been color corrected in post-production to accurately represent the color most true. A slight discrepancy in representation of product colors due to lighting differences is not deemed as a defect.
- Loose threads or slight dotted stains on light-colored items that are not at obvious places are not deemed as a defect as well. Some of the so-called stains are due to a mix in yarn type as part of our material composition.
All other reasons for a request for return or exchange will be considered on a case by case basis and we reserve the rights to the final decision of any related disputes.
